How do I track my order?
You will be contacted via email with your order confirmation and tracking number once your order has been shipped.
All Sale items are final. If possible, you may exchange for a different size if available. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
We really want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted for a full refund on merchandise within 21 days of your order receipt. We accept returns and exchanges on full price merchandise that has not been worn, altered, or washed. Must have all tags attached. All merchandise eligible for return or exchange must be in its original, unused condition.
How do I process a Return or Exchange?
Let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange, refund, or credit. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you a credit instead. If you do not want a credit, email us and we can change it out for a refund or a different item(s). If you're asking for a refund, you'll only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
In order to process your return or exchange, email us at email@example.com for a return shipping label (Domestic Only). This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. Please include your name, email address, and order number along with the items that you're returning. Securely pack and seal your package.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once we receive your package, we will notify you via email at the address used at the time of the initial transaction. We will refund your original form of payment within five business days. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.
The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.

PAYMENT AND TAXES:
Payments are processed through Stripe - accepting most major credit and debit cards from around the world.
Please note that local charges may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
By placing an order, YOU ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY in our email address database. You will be in our CUSTOMER database. YOUR privacy is just as important as our privacy is to us. YOU MUST let us know you want to be in our mailing list by subscribing on our website, through our shopping cart or by email. Otherwise, Your shipping address will be kept on file to facilitate the shipping process on future orders.
No other personal information of any other kind is collected or retained by Muscatti® or our parent company ASCA Group®. No information is shared or sold to 3rd parties.
For Stock items, we process orders within 2 business days of your purchase being completed and ship via USPS.
If you purchase our product that is a "pre-order" along with an existing stock item, then both items ship on pre-order ship date.
You will be responsible for the correct shipping address so please supply a contact email address in case of shipping disruptions. We are not responsible for any and all claims with any shipping carrier regarding damaged and/or lost packages.
In Canada, we ship Expedited USPS and it arrives in 2-6 business days in transit. (after order process time)
For shipping to all other countries, we ship International Air which has no tracking number and takes about 5-10 business days to arrive. Sometimes it can take a bit longer depending on processing the order.
Shipping cost is based on location as well as product weight. Based on those two factors, the available shipping methods will display in the drop down menu. Since shipping cost is based partially on weight, the shipping cost will increase if you add more items to your cart.
Please add a note if there is any special instructions for your delivery upon ordering on our website.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we take pride in our customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange your item or accept a return and refund. As long as the products are undamaged, clean and in sale-able condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer but we will pay to send it back to you.
